What we collect

• Price calculator choices: zip code, number of dogs, service frequency, lot size, add-ons, when your yard was last cleaned, and any promo code you enter.
• Quote request details: your name, email, phone numbers, service address, gate and yard details, notification preferences, how you heard about us, and any comments you add.
• Lead source: if you arrive from one of our QR codes or links, we note which one (for example, a door hanger), and your browser remembers it for up to 60 days.
• Basic site analytics: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard, aggregated visit statistics.

We never collect or store card numbers on this website. Payments are handled securely through our scheduling and billing provider.

How we use it

• To give you a price, answer your request, and set up and schedule your service.
• To contact you by call, text, or email about your request and your service.
• To understand which of our marketing works, so we can spend less on what doesn't.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business: Formspree (delivers quote requests to us by email), Sweep&Go (scheduling, client portal, and billing), Stripe (card processing through Sweep&Go), and Cloudflare (website hosting). Our prices are published from a Google Sheet that contains no customer information.

Text messages

If you give us your cell number, we may text you about your quote and your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
