What happens on every visit

Step by step

1. We arrive on your service daySame day each week (or agreed frequency). You don't need to be home, just leave the gate unlocked.
2. We make sure it's safe to come inBefore we open the gate, we check that the yard is clear and any dogs who need to be, are put away.
3. We walk the whole yardBack yard, side yards, rock and gravel areas, along the fences, and under shrubs. If waste has soaked into rock, we lift the soiled gravel with it.
4. We bag it and take it outWaste is double-bagged and placed in your trash bin. If you'd prefer we take it with us, ask about haul-away.
5. We close up and send photosWe close and check your gate, then text before-and-after photos so you know it's done.
6. We sanitize before the next yardTools and footwear are sanitized between every property, so nothing travels from one yard to the next. This ensures that your yard gets the “first stop” treatment.

Good to know

• We come on a set day, not a set time. Visits happen any time during the day.
• Light rain doesn't stop us. In severe weather or extreme heat advisories, we move your visit to the next practical day and let you know.
• If your bin is full or locked, we bag the waste and leave it neatly by the gate.
• Loose stool is picked up as completely as possible; some staining can remain on rock or turf. We'll give you a heads-up, since it can be a sign your pup isn't feeling well.
• No contracts. Pause or cancel anytime with 24 hours' notice.
